John Lamb, Chairman

John has been involved with Crime Stoppers for more than 20 years and is president of Advanced Benefit Systems in Bartlesville, Okla. Read more.

Jim Fuda, Vice Chairman

James Fuda’s background includes a 33-year distinguished law enforcement career, with more than 15 years as a Special Operations Commander. Today, Jim is the Executive Director for Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. Read more.

James Chambers, Treasurer

James Chambers was one of the first board members on Crime Stoppers of Roseville, Calif., serving three terms as President. He is a retired nuclear engineer and a retired insurance finance manager. Read more.

Joanne Miller, Secretary

Joanne Miller is the Regional Manager of Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound and serves on several non-profit boards in the Seattle area. In addition, she is a certified coach specializing in retirement transitions. Read more.

Scott Sotebeer, Executive Board Member

Scott Sotebeer is the founder and CEO of USA Strategics. Scott was the highest ranking civilian executive in the King County Sheriff’s Office. He currently works with 911 call centers in the King County region. Read more.

Lisa Broderick, Board Member

Chris Horton, Board Member

Chris Horton is a career financial professional with expertise in business credit and commercial lending, business banking services, commercial real estate acquisitions, business financial planning, credit restoration, and debt consolidation. Read more.

Justin Insalaco, Board Member

Retired Police Officer Justin Insalaco brings his law enforcement and entrepreneurial background to CSGS as a new board member, enhancing the organization’s global crime-fighting efforts. Read more.

Sheriff Leon Lott, Board Member

Sheriff Leon Lott has served as sheriff of Richland County, S.C., since 1997. He began his law enforcement career in 1975 as a patrol officer with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department (RCSD). Read more.

Kristine Moreland is a dedicated activist, and founder of “The MORELove Project,” serving the homeless community. She is a compassionate consultant, anti-trafficking advocate, and social responsibility promoter. Read more.

W. Thomas Smith Jr. is a military technical consultant, writer, editor, media relations professional and special deputy with South Carolina’s Richland County Sheriff’s Department. Read more.

Tim Stone brings a unique background to Crime Stoppers Global. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps Reserve, Tim spent years in law enforcement, has practiced law, and is now a business leader. Read more.

Myrle Carner, Board Advisor

Myrle Carner recently retired as director for Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. He was with the Seattle Police Department for more than 40 years and served most of his career in the Criminal Investigation Division. Read more.

Michael Gordon-Gibson, Board Advisor

Michael Gordon-Gibson is a former supervising detective at London’s Metropolitan Police. He left after 30 years and was hired by Crime Stoppers UK, and then Crime Stoppers International. Greg MacAleese is the creator and founder of Crime Stoppers in Albuquerque, NM. He is retired and lives in the Philippines. Read more.

Scott Mills has been a police officer for 26 years. He has been the Toronto Police Service Social Media Officer working in Corporate Communication since 2010. Read more.
